Well turned on the oven, got out the blender and made these.
Yes, you heard right...a blender!
I pinned German Pancakes eons ago from Real Mom Kitchen and kept wanting to make them.
These are the easiest, yummiest pancakes out and because their small, you can eat heaps of them in one sitting...
Well I did.
Covered in maple syrup, cream and peaches. The 2nd helping just with syrup and cream.
I love this recipe because it's easy to halve, you don't need scales and it involves a blender.
I would have made them if it involved a mixing bowl, just so you know I'm not totally lazy.
I used rice milk and they turned out just fine.
Oh and because I am a terrible blogger, they take around 15 minutes to cook, just until browned and they spring back to the touch.
